In 1989, after
35 devoted and distinguished years of
service to GRSP, Hue Thomas was designated the
first Chairman Emeritus of the Program. In 1992,
the beloved H. Randolph Holder became the first
Trustee to be designated as a Trustee Emeritus.
During the 50th Anniversary Celebration, the
Trustees honored additional Rotarians who have
made extraordinary contributions to the success of
the Program during its first half century. Those
so honored are:
